1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the 68jil website, mobile platform, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any way — including browsing, registering, depositing funds, or placing bets — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you are accessing 68jil on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that person.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 68jil Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. 68jil does not permit gambling by persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of 68jil is legal in your location.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity for the purpose of gambling.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 68jil, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not diagnosed with or currently seeking treatment for a gambling addiction, unless you have received explicit clearance from a qualified professional.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of 68jil, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 68jil reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your account with any other person.
• Notify 68jil immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

68jil reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any time we deem necessary to comply with applicable regulations. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Accounts registered using false, misleading, or third-party information will be permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

68jil supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable limits.

• Deposits: All deposits are processed in PHP. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 68jil does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform. 68jil reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to verified accounts in the player's name.
• Currency: All transactions on 68jil are conducted in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion is applied by 68jil.
• Fraud Prevention: 68jil employs fraud detection systems. Any transaction suspected of being fraudulent, money-laundering-related, or in violation of these Terms may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

68jil offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 68jil reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• 68jil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 68jil are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 68jil does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• 68jil reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or event, 68jil's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be adjusted at 68jil's discretion.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means will be voided and the relevant account suspended.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 68jil Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 68jil staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 68jil Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of 68jil or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 68jil.

9 Privacy & Data

68jil collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

68jil implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 68jil cannot guarantee absolute security.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 68jil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

68jil's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 68jil's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

68jil is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

68jil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• At the player's own request, including for self-exclusion purposes.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 68jil's support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 68jil will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

14 Amendments to These Terms

68jil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 68jil Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
